Valentines Day was yesterday and so is the Chinese New Year, we spent our day just the way it used to be except for cooking spaghetti for my sister's pre-birthday and tasted drunken chicken from Shanghai Bistro. Too bad, nobody wants to eat the drunken chicken because of the chicken's head with eyes half closed.
Today, I am inspired to further learn Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects after bumping into a video showing how Adobe Products used in the movie Avatar. I got more inspired when I saw a wedding video from Living Cinema through SMP. I might be dealing with these applications if I'm no longer busy, probably 6 months from now.
Few weeks ago, I've been watching a wedding video from early 70's.
For some reason we decided not to have our wedding attire be made in Divisoria. We intend to have our attires made by a good dressmaker near our place. We’re considering the following - A friend recommended a dressmaker but she didn’t give the exact address – just directions; our neighbor’s daughter is a great dressmaker but she’s asking a high price; a sewing shop in town but they are not too friendly to Catholics like us; a dress shop owned by a fashion designer in Quezon City.
We visited the fashion designer shop in Quezon City. They have designed and provided wedding attires to some TV series in ABS-CBN. With his smooth talking, we decided to have him make our attires and besides the package price is few thousand higher from the packages in Divisoria plus we’re confident that out attires will at its best.
I finally realize what I really wanted for a gown – no beads, with lace and little flowers.
