Wedding in a budget: Hair and Make Up
I never had a chance write on this last year but I'll try my very best to let you know how important it is to pick out the best makeup artist.
Make up is everything darling especially in weddings. Your guest expects you to transform on your big day, from hair to toe.
Most of our suppliers are within the wedding church and reception vicinity (except the couturier and flowers) because we want it to be our reach. If in case there will be troubles then we can haunt them in an instant.
We picked Edwin Cast as a makeup artist because he got a good package - imported makeup kits, near the vicinity, easy access and the first makeup artist to call my attention. His portfolio looks divine so we decided not to get a makeup trial.
My makeup trial was during our prenup photo shoot. I was in awe for I never had this much makeup in my face and I think I look good - it was clean and simple. I was partially satisfied but I don't want to hurt his feelings. I was expecting to be more like a model in Preview Magazine.

On our wedding day, the makeup is fine but the hair was done in rush. I was hoping that he will try the chignon hair style but instead the usual one side hair style. Despite the makeup brands, it came off easily. As one of guest said, they made no difference on how I look without a makeup. They made no efforts with my second look - still the same hair style.

I have checked their website today before uploading this, they have made improvement.
My sisters book another makeup artist who is more artistic than the one we hired and much cheaper. See the picture below (except the lady on your right).

We could save half of our money if we picked their makeup artist. If you wish to get his phone number, please leave a comment.
