2 Weeks Post

I was planning to post this picture a day after the windy days we had two weeks ago but as usual, totally busy with other things around our place.

The next morning after I took the photos below, here’s what happened to the banana tree. Luckily, the bananas are almost ripe. My neighbor shared it with my mother so we had boiled bananas for snacks.

About the bridesmaids’ dresses, I want them to wear something they can wear on other occasions. I totally love Hannah’s dresses in The Hannah Montana the movie. Check these out.

Anyway, I was curious with Hannah Montana so I’ve watched Season 1 series from You Tube. It’s hilarious. I’m thinking of buying the series in DVD.

Twisted

I didn’t execute my rest day plans today. I planned to clean my room but since it’s windy and cool in the mountains, I decided to lie down and play with my nephew. Felt so lazy going out but I have to run some errands so I got out for few hours. I enjoyed the cool breeze while riding the jeepney. I hope we can have this weather everyday.

One activity I did today was trying to capture a scene that shows windy.

Bamboo trees are swaying here

Check out the banana tree.

As you can see we don’t have many neighbors infront and you can see this view everyday. I call it One-Million-View.

Another activity today was reading – reading
Sophie Kinsella’s pocketbooks – The Undomestic Goddess and Can You Keep a Secret. I finished reading them last month. Actually these are the reasons why I couldn’t get some sleep last month. I just reread them today because I’m not in the mood to read something new.

I enjoyed reading them because I can relate to the characters specially Emma of Can You Keep a Secret. The content is happening in real life or realizes that real life scenarios are entertaining when you’re reading it. And the book is funny. And no dull parts.

I’m working my mood to read Shopaholic and Sister but I couldn’t start because I haven’t read The Confessions of the Shopaholic. I watched the movie but I am not satisfied with it. But I got a crush on
Hugh Dancy.

Last month, I’ve been watching
Ella Enchanted almost everyday before going to sleep. I googled his other movies and I realize that he was the lead in The Sleeping Dictionary. Luckily we have a copy of the movie and watched it for almost a week. I asked my fiancé to download Blood and Chocolate and watched it over the weekend. And now the obsession is almost gone. =D. All I can say is I really have a thing on guys with lean body with kind face.

I finally found the perfect wedding gown for me. I saved the pictures in my wedding folder and now trying to decide the dresses for the bridesmaids. I want them to wear something they can wear on other occasions.

I need to get up early tomorrow for my flu vaccine.

Vintage

It’s raining for more than a week and I love staying at home and watch the rain outside the window. Also, the weather is a boost to make me sleep like a baby.

Also, one forth of my brain is thinking of sunny weather by the beach just like the picture taken last 1987 by my aunt. I remember whenever I visited the island, I spent all afternoon by the shore and staring at the Pacific Ocean, trying to find another island nearby but all I can see is the bluish Catanduanes Island. Then, I felt so sad and wanted to go home instantly.

The next day was so much fun. My sisters and cousins along with our parents would go to the private beach and swim all morning. We waited for low tide so we can cross the Tumarab Island. After swimming we will search for new wells around the area so we can have our shower.

Then, we go pick and eat fruits and coconuts. After lunch, that’s the time we have to leave and go back to the town.

I also remember catching fireflies and put them in a bottle. They serve as our light.
